目前高校毕，毕业生就业工作意义尤为重大但形势又特别严峻。党中央和国务院高度重视高校毕业生就业工作，及时作出了一系列决策部署，多措并举拓展就业渠道，千方百计帮助高校毕业生顺利毕业、尽早就业。目前高校毕业生已经离校，但还有部分毕业生仍未就业，就业工作不能断线只能加强。要带着责任和感情，持续为离校未就业毕业生提供服务、再送一程，使毕业生成为国家的顶梁柱。
21世纪的今天，随着社会的不断发展与进步，小康社会的全面普及，人们对于信息科学化的认识，已由低层次向高层次发展，由原来的感性认识向理性认识提高，管理工作的重要性已逐渐被人们所认识，科学化的管理，使信息存储达到准确、快速、完善，并能提高工作管理效率，促进其发展。
论文主要是对毕业生就业信息管理系统进行了介绍，包括研究的现状，还有涉及的开发背景，然后还对系统的设计目标进行了论述，还有系统的需求，以及整个的设计方案，对系统的设计以及实现，也都论述的比较细致，最后对毕业生就业信息管理系统进行了一些具体测试。
本文以jsp为开发技术，实现了一个毕业生就业信息管理系统。毕业生就业信息管理系统的主要使用者分为管理员、学生、就业导师、企业，管理员如下权限；首页、个人中心、学生管理、就业导师管理、企业管理、招聘信息管理、历届毕业生就业信息管理、面试邀请管理、投递的简历管理、系统管理；企业如下权限；个人中心、学生管理、招聘信息管理、面试邀请管理、投递的简历管理；就业导师如下权限；个人中心、学生管理、企业管理、招聘信息管理、历届毕业生就业信息管理、系统管理；学生如下权限；个人中心、企业管理、招聘信息管理、历届毕业生就业信息管理、面试邀请管理、投递的简历管理；前台首页：首页、招聘信息、新闻资讯、我的、跳转到后台等功能。通过这些功能模块的设计，基本上实现了整个毕业生就业信息管理系统的过程。
具体在系统设计上，采用了jsp技术在动态页面上进行了设计，后台上采用Mysql数据库，是一个非常优秀的毕业生就业信息管理系统。
